Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed and packed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Shipping in Thailand: FREE of charge.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Delivery differs on the final destination; usually takes 3 to 5 business days but it can take 5 to 15 business days for further deliveries from Thailand, and rates are calculated at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification from us with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Skip if domestic only)

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sabaimat.ab@gmail.com with your order number. We'll do everything we can to help resolve it!
